Orders within North America typically arrive within 2-4 business days after shipping out. International orders may take longer, averaging between 3-10 days depending on the region and any local transit delays, after shipping out. -
Order Processing Time: Pre-orders may experience shipping delays, and relevant information regarding the launch date and estimated shipping times will be provided on the product page. Non-pre-order items are generally ready for shipping within 5 business days. In the event of any additional delays, we will promptly notify you via email.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to almost every country. In rare cases where shipping costs were not accurately calculated, we reserve the right to contact customers for necessary adjustments before processing the order. Item is out of stock or only available for Pre-order.. When will I receive it?
If an item is on pre-order, please check the official release date on the product page
The units will begin to ship shortly after that date, we will try to provide you as many updates as possible along the way.
If an item is out of stock, it means we are waiting for additional
components to continue building new units. You can always order, but we cannot
guarantee a timeline, as sometimes parts are backordered with our suppliers.
We will always fulfill orders in the same order they came in, first come first served.
Where is my unit shipping from?
We are based in Montreal, Canada.
All of our products are assembled and tested in our lab before being shipped out directly to customers.
Do you sell Stereo pairs?
Yes, of course!
If you purchase 2 of the same (mono) units, we will assume
this is intended as a stereo pair. We will try to match the units with the best precision possible.
