If an item is on pre-order, please check the official release date on the product page

The units will begin to ship shortly after that date, we will try to provide you as many updates as possible along the way.

If an item is out of stock, it means we are waiting for additional
components to continue building new units. You can always order, but we cannot
guarantee a timeline, as sometimes parts are backordered with our suppliers.

We will always fulfill orders in the same order they came in, first come first served.

All of our products are assembled and tested in our lab before being shipped out directly to customers.

If you purchase 2 of the same (mono) units, we will assume
this is intended as a stereo pair. We will try to match the units with the best precision possible.

Great question! So a "Mastering" unit will typically have a few
slightly different features that make it better suited for mastering/recall.

Such features include:
-Stepped rotary switches with low tolerance components
-Reduced gain range with finer stepping between values
-Low noise floor
